Resolved: Dishonest sales

On Tuesday dealership called and asked if they could get a do over. That they wanted to apologize for what happened and do what they could to make it right.

Just as they did everything wrong on Saturday this time they did everything right.

My son and his wife called *** about how well they were treated and what a great experience they had. In a few years they plan on getting another truck to replace the one that was totaled in an accident and will seriously look at buying from them again.

My Son tried to purchase a 2018 Nissan Note. The dealership quoted him one price then changed the price on the paperwork. When asked about it they said that to get the discount you would have to fiance through Nissan. When asked why they didn't they could not give a straight answer. Then when looking at the financing they were trying to get 24% interest. When asked what the interest rate was they said they did not know. They also could not even tell him who they had applied to finance the car with. They wanted almost $11,000.00 to fiance a car worth $16,000.00. Buyer Beware! He walked after they were called out on there dealing. In the process they lost the profit off the sale and made 4 customers mad. Just because they were greedy. A word of advice, ask if you can record the negations of any car deal.

I just posted a huge problem I had with this dealership and it's management. Tried to get me on the extended warranty and service contract too!

Nissan Of Cookeville - Brakes Repair Review from Cookeville, Tennessee

Last week 1/10/15 i took my truck to nissan because i felt vibration they told me it was the breaks so i pay them almost 500 to do both sets of breaks..when i got my truck back it was worse than when i took it..so i took it back they said tires needed balanced they did that still not fixed..so the service guy tells me i will have to take it to a different shop to balance my tires because they are aftermarket and they cant get them right...(really)...and they lost my center cap..so i took to a family operated shop and they charged me 37 to fix it..way to go nissan..never go there again..

Great experience

I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car. I dealt with Michael Brennon on the Internet Sales team there. He got me a great deal on my new Altima and I love it! It was my best experience ever buying a car. I submitted an internet inquiry to nissanusa.com and I was contacted within 5 minutes. Michael was very upfront about the availability of the vehicle and the pricing was below what I expected. I made an appointment to come in for a test drive. When I got there the vehicle was in a special area and ready for me to drive. Michael also had paper work printed ahead of time to cut down on my time in the dealership. I will be buying all my cars from Michael at Nissan of Cookeville.
