When we were stopped at a red light, a kind woman informed us of a part hanging from the bottom of my 2005 Honda CRV. We stopped at the Nissan dealership and service department.
They were so kind to us. We explained the situation. It was a cold, rainy day, yet the service manager didn't hesitate to slide under my car and remove the part. He would not accept any payment for service.
Please recognize and thank this service department for their true kindness to an elderly couple with an old car. We are so grateful to Sutherland Nissan of Cape Corals service department.
