Poor customer relations

AI Highlights
  • - We visited Boerne Nissan and spent time with Leo negotiating a Maxima trade.
  • - Low trade offer on Maxima while seeking a 65k Titan; told to leave.

My wife and I visited Boerne Nissan today and spent 3 hours with a nice sales agent (Leo). I was in the middle of frustration at a extremely lowball trade offer on my Nissan Maxima Platinum.

I was trying to purchase a 65k Titan Platinum truck. After 2nd counter which didn't even come close to what was proposed, I displayed disappointment while Management was observing poor Leo's performance. After I was exhausted from continued disappointment I was told by management to leave and never return. FYI...the Maxima Platinum I was negotiating the trade for, I purchased for over 40k at this location.

I do plan on purchasing from elsewhere and plan to share my experience with my circle of family, friends and associates. My name is Vic...I can be reached at 210744****.

Pros:
  • Great marketing emails and flyers
Cons:
  • Falsified marketing emails and flyers

Preferred solution: Apology

It’s hard to see your side without knowing year and mileage of trade and what they were offering.

  • - Deal on a 2022 Nissan Amanda online.
  • - Credit approval took over a day; dealer was dishonest.
  • - I chose another vehicle and was approved in two hours.

I had seen a deal on a 2022 Nissan Amanda a online. Chris called me,then a Mario called (the salesman.) They send me a deal with a number cost of the vehicle.Mario is telling me that the vehicle isnt there Ill be there in such date.

Then I filled out the credit application. Mario called back stated our great credit scores. I did the online finance we waited a day and a half without any word of credit approval. I called Mario the salesman to find out why approval taking so long for credit application approval.

The salesman Mario begin saying that vehicle is not available it was for someone else. However, he had another Nissan Amanda for a lot more..; Boerne of Nissan has done this to more than one person and it is out there the reputation even Gunn Nissan had told me that would happen. But, I had trust Mario the salesman he would deliver.

they are dishonest and unprofessional. I went with another vehicle another make model and it took me two hours to get approved and on my way home.

User's recommendation: Stop somewhere else

AI Highlights
  • - Web ad showed price but three add-ons appeared at the dealer; sale took 4.5 hours; add-ons around $500 each, includes oil changes and tire balances.

Web ad showed truck and price w/o 3 add-on products that appeared when I stopped at dealer with financing arranged. Took 4 1/2 hours for sale that could have been done in half the time. This dealer assumes customers are dolts at best who will believe their claims then get abusive when asked why anyone would pay inflated costs for dubious value of locking wheel nuts ($500) Tinted front windows ($500),Paint and seat protectant ($500) with 2 oil changes and tire balances.

Cons:
  • High pressure canned sales pitches

Stay far away.

  • - Infiniti Financial issue unresolved; no reply.
  • - 2016: bought a 2013 G37; principal not dropping.
  • - Pressed into a 2018 Q50 lease; later offered Q60.

I sent this on October 24, 2019. No response whatsoever.

Good afternoon.

I have an issue with Infiniti Financial and would like some assistance. I was working with Adrian, however, the matter is still unresolved.

I purchased a 2013 Infiniti G37 in 2016 from Nissan of Boerne. It was a good car and had low mileage, however, I noticed that my principal had not decreased over 2 years. I visited your Infiniti San Antonio dealership and was basically talked into taking out a lease on a 2018 Q50.

Why I wasn’t simply advised to pay the car off is beyond me. It seems like it would have been the honest thing to do, however, no commission to be had! After I had been in the lease for one year, I receive a call from a salesperson at the same dealership stating that they can “provide a better deal”, whatever that means. I meet with him and am shown a Q60, essentially the SAME car as the Q50, actually mine has less options like the heated seats I previously enjoyed.

This “better deal” has me in over my head with a lease payment of $982 per month. I cannot afford this, and I to this day do not understand why the same car costs so much more.

I feel embarrassed and utterly humiliated over this, however, also feel that I have been wholly taken advantage of by your finance department. Due to the high payments I suggested purchasing the vehicle so that the payments would be spread out over time. That seems reasonable.

I don’t have good credit and it is getting worse with this outrageous monthly payment. I was told that the payment would be even more. Why??? I have paid $8356 to date for this car since January of 2019, surely that accounts for something!

It has 4,000 miles on it. I don’t care about whatever negative equity it has, given the amount that I have paid, this should be gone.

Please do anything that you can to help. I don’t want to turn the car in, however, I cannot afford it. If I could purchase it with a more reasonable payment , I would be extremely pleased and will sing praises about your company to anyone who will listen.

I realize that I am culpable here, however, it was clear that I cannot afford this car and for this payment, honestly, should be in something much nicer.

Thank you for your consideration. My personal email is outtamars@***.com.

My telephone number is 210-250-****. I await your response.
