- - The service was unprofessional.
- - A staffer offered a free car wash to settle after my social media comment, which I declined.
Following my original review,
After the unprofessional and horrible service they did with me ,what happened is;
I made a comment on social media about their service, the next day they called and asked if i could stop by to meet the general manager and discuss what happened. Now here is the funny part; i did not meer no manager, and the guy i met tried to explain that i might hurt them woth comment like the one i did on social media , and he offered me a FREE CAR WASH to settle the issue, yes that is how they arecheap and unprofessional. Sure i dis not accept his GENERIUS offer and left

Worst experience ever
- - Took car in for hard shifting; found no transmission issue and charged a lot.
- - Car was returned dirtier after service and not cleaned.
This is a very brief of how bad was my experience with them . The full story will be on social media and BBB if this issue is not solved soon. What happened today was incredibly annoying and did not make any sense
Nissan dealership in lloydminster.
Took my car due to hard shifting to check the transmission, they found notbing wrong and charged me me a lot of money althiugh the car is still under warranty and they assured me that the check will be free since it is still under warranty.moreover, instead of cleaning the car after the service, i rceived it more dirty
