Start service
I never write reviews but this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with- still waiting for Columbia gas to come out and start service. No balance owed.
Just waiting for them to come out and start service at a new home we have moved into. We have 4 kids u see the age of 10 and we have not had hot water or heat. The temperatures have been between 20 degrees and at a high of 40. It has snowed twice while we are waiting for them to come out and connect service.
We still have not received a timeline of when they will be out and we have spoke to customer service 3 separate times with no answer of when they will be out. The customer service reps are little to no help and never have an answer to anything, just give attitude.
