Horrible Customer Service
Been trying to contact their customer service for nearly 2 months for delivering me the wrong game. No responses or any action on their part.
I was a loyal customer for years, yet treated with such disregard.
No reason in this day and age to *** up a server migration so badly. Won't be buying from them again unless they sort out my issue amicably, which is doubtful at this point.

Poor Customer Service and Visibility
I've been trying to get ahold of customer service for 2 months. No responses from email, no replies on discord, no replies back from social media. I tried getting in contact via Instagram and it seems that they have a lack of care for their fans and customers.
Preferred solution: Apology

Monstrum nox
I dont know if it matters to you guys as much as it does to me but I love the ys series and everything you guys are doing but monstrum nox on switch is horrible the game is choppy especially when In the grimwald nox and when ever your fighting enemies frames are non existent I cant even flash guard to save my life LITERALLY I just hope at some point in time you guys can probably release an update that just makes the game run smoother and better I have no problems when playing ys 8 lacrimosa of Dana which is a 10/10 in my eyes but monstrum nox on the other hand needs an update on the switch and it would be better for the games future by not making customers feel robbed of 60 dollars for a game that is awesome but just choppy as *** Thanks again
Game has not arrived
I preorded a video game way back in Jan. 2019 and the game came out in Oct.
22, 2019. They claimed they sent out most of the packages, but mine has not arrived at all. I am not getting any tracking number or confirmation that the package is being sent out at all. I attempted to contact them several times and no response.
I paid off the items already, which was very expensive. I am not happy with their lack of communication.
