My grandson is age 11 and diagnosed with autism. I am in a wheelchair, so I have an adult who takes him there when it's quieter. We've been going for weeks as he has an EHCP and is on a reduced timetable, and I show his access card to get the carer on.

Not answering phone at Bristol. Tried for over an hour constantly.
Sent messanger message, email, Instagram and twitter and also left several voice messages but no response back Did eventually get through later that day and managed to change booking but it caused me so much stress it made me poorly. When we went the next day it was quite and not many staff

Hi,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my visit to Ninja Stoke on 18/02/2025 at 1:00 PM. I paid £18.50 for entry, which included a meal.
My daughter ordered pizza, but instead, we were served chicken strips. I immediately informed the staff of the mistake, and they assured me that they would replace the order.
After waiting for an hour, I approached the staff to follow up. However, the manager was extremely rude and refused to provide or replace the correct order. As a result, my daughter was left without her meal.
The staff and manager's behavior were unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed with the way we were treated.
Additionally, I was subjected to unfair treatment, including racial discrimination, and was unjustly removed from the premises without any valid reason.
This incident, which took place in front of children, has had a significant emotional impact.
I request a full refund for the service and meal that were not provided, along with a formal apology for the unacceptable behavior of the staff and manager. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved promptly.

They have now emailed me after I sent four three days later. All has been sorted for the party on Dunday.

I booked my Granddaughters party in August 2022. I never received the confirmation so I tried calling & calling but know body picked up the phone.
I had to drive around 6/7 miles from my house to find out what was going on & it ended up being a email error. Then as we were getting closer to the party i needed to add 2 other children to the party list so I called & called over 36 times & still know body answered. This was on the 7th August. My daughter had also been calling from her phone the same day and none of us got through.
I tried to get a number for head office but alls I could find was a email address. So I sent a email stating I wanted to add another 2 names to the booking but unbelievably nobody contacted me until that evening. I said thank you for replying to my email its been a nightmare trying to contact you & he responded with oh I havent emailed you Im just calling for the rest of your payment for the party. I was gobsmacked!

For the other 2 children. No invoice came. So we arrived at ninja warriors & it was a shambles.
Not all the kids names were down it was total stress. My granddaughter & her friends enjoyed the party & the host was really good but apart from that it was a nightmare

Its not ninja warrior so my review is based on this actual website because the lady who answered the phone was beyond confused.
