Most likely go with another company, but I'm still willing to give NinjaTransfers a chance to make this right.

Original review updated Aug 08, 2025
Note: I use a shortened version of my first name in my email address, such as Al for Alfred, Bob for Robert, or Cal for Calvin.
Note: I'll be putting (#) before parts of my telling that indicate another thing went wrong. Today I was doing a friend a favor, in creating some iron-on patches for his company.

I go to NinjaTransfers and start poking around the website. (1) Something flashes on my laptop and suddenly my shortened first name appears (as it does in my email) in the upper right corner. The website cookies grabbed it from my browser/email address. Whatever.

I click on the link for patches and it opens a new tab. I work for 30 minutes and get to checkout, 'apply discount code.' I go to my email for the code that was sent to me because the website grabbed my email, and the website denies it. (2) That's when I notice that this tab is asking me to login. NO LOGIN OPTION.

(3) So I close everything, create a profile, and do the whole creation process again, get to checkout, and the website denies the code again!! I go through this two more times before I call Customer Service, and I get 'Ray.' (4) Ray keeps telling me that I only have one account, but I'm seeing my short name on one tab AND my full name (that I used creating my profile) on another tab. (5) Ray tells me to click on the User settings at the top. There's nothing there!

After some more back and forth, he tells me that he had this problem the other day; the customer finally found a way in. Not Ray, the customer did! (6) Ray asks me if I'm using a phone, which gives me an idea. I open my browser on my cell, and sure enough, the icons for settings are there!!

The mobile version has more than the laptop version! (7) Ray tells me he doesn't understand why the discount code didn't work. I tell him I just wanted to get my patches, but now I expect a larger than standard 20% off everyone gets because of the hours this is taking. Then he explains that the patches are another company, and I REALIZE that's why the code doesn't work - it's a different company!!

(8) Ray eventually gets me a code, but I tell him AGAIN that after my efforts to do this, actually pointing out where NinjaTransfers has major issues, he's going to have to do better than the standard 20% everyone gets, let me speak with his manager. (9) What a coincidence, his manager JUST left a moment ago! No manager even though the call center is open from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m., and I was talking with Ray just before 8 p.m.

(10) As I'm quite upset at this point in time, Ray starts to tell me I should calm down because life is more important than patches. I tell him I want his manager to call me tomorrow, to which he says yes and HANGS UP ON ME!!

At this point in time, I'm not sure if I'm EVER going to give NinjaTransfers a second chance. Let them fix the website, fix the customer service, hire more managers to avoid 'they just went home.' Maybe they'll be okay in 2026 or 2027.
UPDATE- Despite Ray assuring me (before he hung up on me) that I'd be hearing back from his Mgr the next day, it's now been two (2) business days with no word back from anyone there.
Cons:
  • Managers go home before call center closes
  • Customer service unaware of issues or solutions
  • Two companies under one website but does not work as one

Preferred solution: A serious apology and a discount better than the standard 20% that EVERY email address gets

User's recommendation: 2025-08 Right now, avoid them!!

Really horrible customer service.

AI Highlights
  • Quality of transfers is very good.
  • Tracking is unavailable and links don't work.
  • Shipping dates conflict; a rep claimed it shipped.
Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

I have ordered twice from this company. I really like the quality of the transfers they produce, however their customer service and logistics is a fiasco.

They ship with USPS and there is no tracking information available. At least the tracking links do not work. I ordered products on February 24, and I got a notice the same day that the product was shipped, however USPS says the product wasn't shipped until March 2. A representative I spoke to you on the phone on February 26 told me "Oh it's definitely been shipped.

The USPS website just says that all the time." This was a lie!

The website says they offer 24 seven chat service even on the weekends. However when you go to use the chat it consistently says, "sorry chat is not available send us an email." It says this every single time I have use the chat feature.

Loss:
$7
Pros:
  • Transfers are good quality
Cons:
  • Customer service and logistics suck

Preferred solution: I want my shipping refunded.

User's recommendation: Find another provider
