Horrible gaming experience
This has horrible gaming mechanics. I can't even get past the first boss on regular.
It won't let me switch difficulty either. It's impossible with a 10-nanosecond window to complete a counter.
I wanted to throw the game out the window within the first 20 minutes of play. The game developers need to be more creative, rather than just making it more difficult by decreasing the reaction time to near zero.
Preferred solution: Full refund

I have been a customer since 2006. Was know as Voice Nation then Ninja Number.
I have called 39 times in two months to fix a problem with calling out from my ninja number. All I get it some answering service to fill out tickets. USELESS!!
I don't get any calls back as promised. Going to BBB and any other source to show this company has gone to *** Used to always get a live person.
