New bike Broken part
The lock on grip clamp for the new 2022 air nine cracked and failed. It is a plastic clamp, for a $2100 bike it should come with a metal grip clamp.

I would like to inquire about a replacement battery cover for a 2021 Niner WFO e9.
I went on vacation last month and when I removed the battery to lessen the weight for the long drive home I either forgot the battery cover or did not secure it to the bike well enough. Because when I unpacked I was not able to locate the battery cover.
I have emailed both your tech support and general email boxes with no response, it has been two weeks since my first email to Niner. Thanks Jeff
