Rude, Ridiculous, Overpriced

I contacted nine73 regarding a website they built for me several years ago. The owner took the time to explain to me that what he did was a one time project and he had ZERO information on our project. Basically, I could pay him to redesign a new site or stay stuck where I was. I didn't expect free help, just some help in finding where the accounts were that he created for us.
