Tried to call 7 times. Emailed 4 times. No return calls or emails answered. Today called again.

Said they were busy. Left another message. Received a email ( generic) Friday saying they were behind because of being on Fox the got overwhelmed with orders. They would let me know when it would ship.

Really!!

They took my money but are busy filling other orders??? Looked them up on Trust Pilot and seems lots of people are complaining about same issues.

Please help or I will dispute charges with bank and report to BBB.
