They have a BLANKET NO REFUND POLICY that isn't prominently presented to potential buyers BEFORE PURCHASE.

It's on a Terms and Conditions page, which the potential buyer is NEVER redirected to before purchase. This is ILLEGAL in the UK (where the product is also sold) and in the EU.

It's also considered an unfair business practice in the US.

It's the equivalent of buying a product in a store, realizing it's not as advertised, turning right around to return it, and having the store owner point to a NO REFUNDS sign placed in the back room of the store!

No refunds and returns clauses MUST BE PRESENTED TO POTENTIAL BUYERS UP-FRONT. These clauses must be easy to read and understand. In modern online/global business practice, this type of clause is presented in the form of a text box with the terms and conditions for potential buyers to positively check/acknowledge.

If you've been taken by Nimbus Note, please reach out to PayPal if you used them to pay for the subscription and open a case.

If you paid with a credit card, open a claim through the card. Contact the Better Business Bureau in the US (Nimbus Note is located in Cleveland, Ohio) to ask for help and to file an official business complaint.
