NILSON's homes is a good builder, however, just found out that their new Sales person that used to work from another good builder has joined their team. Buyer's beware of this person, very unprofessional with his emails and will treat you unfairly and will ignore your request to meet person higher than him.

I still have unfinished business with this person and did not know already join another builder in town, very bad experience, treat people unfairly, and would not show you documentation about his company's rule. Again beware and be cautious,
