Bad customer service

Purchased a sale item online. Tried to cancel a few hours later and they refused.

Item went on further discount two hours after purchase and they wouldnt honor the price. Terrible policies. Several emails and phone call, they will do nothing to help. Literally offered nothing.

Not even a store credit. They havent even shipped the item!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They woke up and refund3ed the item but deducted $70.00 from my refund with no explanation forthcoming.

I like the merchandise but will still not purchase from the NYC store in the immediate future. They do not communicate at all.

I've emailed and tried to call regarding order # 159108. I think you have lovely items but such poor customer service that I would rate you a 1...and I shop online at high-end companies and shops all over the world.

I want a refund on the returned Melina coat pronto. Enough time has gone by since you must have received the coat in late October.!!

Please get your professional gig together.

Ive sent multiple emails regarding the status of a refund for returned items. They have not replied.

They do not have a customer service number to call.

What a shame.

The products ar cool and reasonably priced. But Ive almost always had problems with returns, and most recently its become absurd,

Bought new color espresso Jenna pant online for $345. After email advertising the new color.

Tried to return and it says ineligible because it was final sale.

What?

Thats a sham. Last time I order Lotan product or buy in store!
