Transmission problems. No refund given for mechanic and parts needed.

Complaint against Nikkyo Cars. I purchased a 2006 Honda HRV. The signed inspection sheet said all engine parts were functioning properly. It could barely be driven due to transmission problems. I sent the mechanic report and receipts. Message from Nikkyo: Management is already updated on this issue, so you'll avail your $200 compensation in your next buying. You'll get your compensation amount $200 in your next purchase. However, I will not be making another purchase. They refuse to give a refund.
