I purchased a pair of Nike air max wore them twice something poked into the air bubble and lost air , that day I spend 500 dollars, got sick had to do radiation and chemo treatments so that delayed my return, but 4 months later ya still have the sneakers in stock still have my size and still regular price, was told I could do a refund give them 24 /48 hrs its been a week no response yet , very unprofessional of such a big company, I made 2 complaints and no one has gotten back to me

I ordered my package through Klarna and my address is correct up there. However, Nike sent my package to the wrong address.
Then, instead of calling to confirm the right address, they just dropped it off there. Their excuse was that the address didn't exist. Well, if that's the case, why send it out at all? Or, call the number on the package?
But no, they just let UPS drop it off wherever and left it. Now they're blaming me, saying I didn't provide the right address.

The shoes are busted at the edge and I haven't worn them for 5 hours. I received them on 01-10-24 and they were on me for less than an hour when I noticed the side of the shoe was busted.

Verified ReviewerAll Nike sneaker raffles and drops are rigged!
So they just released the Travis Scott Jordan Medium Olive yesterday. Days before the raffle, people were already posting online pictures of all the TS Jordans that had been backdoored.
Then, on top of that, when they have these raffles, a bunch of people/retailers are using bots. From what I've seen since yesterday, I'd say 80-90% of these shoes went from Nike right to the secondary market where they sell for three times the original price. Most people can't afford to spend $500 on a pair of shoes that they should have been able to get for $150. Nike is fully aware of the problem and does nothing about it.
I spoke with them before the shoe launch, telling them the same thing, and basically, they didn't care. I spoke with several people on IG who were selling these shoes and they all told me they received them backdoored and used bots. One guy said he had gotten 20 pairs from a well-known retailer at cost, then with his bots, he got 6 pairs from the SNKRS raffle. I spent at least 12 hours that day entering about 50+ raffles and tried to get them on SNKRS and the TS website raffle, but failed to secure even one pair of these shoes!
I once again spoke with Nike about this, and still, they didn't care. I tried to have the Nike representative give me the contact information for someone higher up in Nike to see if I could get somewhere, but they wouldn't give it to me. Something needs to be done so regular people can buy these shoes at regular prices. This has been an ongoing problem at Nike and I'm sure other shoe manufacturers.
It's the worst at Nike.
Moreover, they could produce enough of these shoes to ensure everyone can get them, but they choose not to, which drives up the prices. The picture I attached shows a room filled with backdoored TS Jordans.
Preferred solution: A pair of the Travis Scott's medium olive size 13 that I should've gotten yesterday from one of the 50+ raffles, snkrs raffle, and the raffle on Travis Scotts website!

This is the second pair of shoes that I have purchased which came with defects. When I called customer service, they were rude and disrespectful. The managers refused to take the calls and they constantly hung up the phone, telling me that I was being unprofessional because I asked for a supervisor and didn't want to talk to the customer service representative.

for my daughter and only use for walking the most. Only within 3 months since i bought it for her on 26 March 2024, the shows tears apart from the bottom.
When I claim this quality issue to MOMO which is a famous Internet platform in Taiwan.
I was told it could cause by the inappropriate use of my daughter.
Give me a break.
She has another shoes and its Mizuno shoes for exercising. Nike was only for walking the most.

She plays professional women's basketball for Phoenix Mercury. I would like her Nike endorsement deal dropped and her contract with the Women's Basketball Association taken away. She is a bad role model for the organization. I am asking the WNBA to investigate, and get a statement from Mrs.
Griner on who hired her to do this to me. I verbally heard Dawn Stanley, the South Carolina Women's Basketball Coach, order my death. I do have another WNBA women athlete involved with this incident, but I believe she was too young.

Disappointing experience with @Nike! I bought a pair of sneakers for R2000 just three months ago, and the sole is already lifting.

I placed an order through the Nike app for a pair of shoes, a pair of slide sandals, two t-shirts, and a pair of shorts on 5/25/24, and it's been a mess from the start. First, the app kept telling me it couldn't process my card and I ended up having to call and place the order, which I needed to be delivered by June 2nd for a family picnic.
After that, I received an email three days later telling me the shoes I ordered were sold out. Things happen, I understand, but I don't understand why it took three days to notify me. I'm sure if I hadn't been notified, I could still have been able to order a different pair in time.
When I received the order, one of the t-shirts was missing. The other was shipped separately, which I didn't receive until last week; the slide sandals and shorts were too small. I thought maybe I made a mistake and hit a wrong button or something, but I made sure to let them know I'd gotten the wrong sizes and was told my order would be shipped out right away.
I was told to take the items to UPS and that I had 30 days to return them. I wasn't in a hurry, but a few days later, I received an email saying my return had been started. As soon as I shipped the items back, they would send the exchange.
At this point, I was starting to get irritated. But I chalked it up to experience, returned the items, and then about a week or so later, I received the shorts. Once again, they were too small. I received the slides the next day. In the end, I ended up selling the slides for what I paid, only because I didn't feel like returning them again.
I'm now waiting on the return to be processed for the shorts, which I couldn't exchange due to a policy; I have to wait for my refund.

So I purchased a new pair of women's 2023 Flyknit shoes for my wife for Christmas, and they are summer shoes . She hasn't worn them 3 or 4 times and the sole came off the air bubble.
Contacted Footlocker were they were purchased, and they told me to send them in for warranty but of course they denied me sent shoes right back now I'm going to have to file a claim with Nike . Hopefully they will replace the shoe .

And to add insult to it all I finally get my refund put back on my card but because the don't allow you to exchange something more than once even if it is they're own fault I had to return the shorts it's going to cost to buy them because the promo I bought them under ran out because it took them so long to process the last return
