No package. Getting run around from the extremely rude customer service.

Don't order from this company. They are scamming people and they will not care when you try to resolve the issue. They will stall forever and give you nothing but a bad additude.
Tracking says it was stuck in the same state I live in. It's an abnormal package. Have the sender contact the delivery service. They wouldn't contact the delivery service.
A week went by. Then they tell me they want me to call the delivery service. I told them I already did, and I already told you they need to hear from the sender. They want a screenshot of the phone call.
Who screenshots their phone calls? They say, 'Oh my God! Did you really talk to them? If you really talked to them, then why don't you have a screenshot?' They tell me 'they are very tired and don't need to be going back and forth repeatedly.' That, 'what they are needing from me in order to resolve this dispute, is very simple.' They now want to resend me my order and have refused me any compensation or express delivery.
(It's June 14th. I ordered on May 4th.) They wanted money.
I find it odd that customers need to download WhatsApp in order to talk to a real person. Unhelpful, useless, abusive customer service, no compensation, and no package.

This is a fraudulent store. I ordered more than 120 items and received NONE.
I have tried everything to get a refund but they dont give me any solution, the customer service is terrible. I would not recommend buying anything from here. Totally disappointed.
In conclusion, I paid for something that I DID NOT RECEIVE. So i consider this a fraud.
