Customer Support is a Nightmare
I have been experiencing one issue in my office for over a year now and they have been "working" on it. Their customer service manager NEVER returns calls or emails how she has maintained to keep her job is beyond me.
This issue is causing us to waste time over something as *** as things not being in order.
We had order for 2 years every once in a while it would bonk out but they would fix it...Now absolutely no one in this company can figure out an issue they have fixed 10 times for us in the past. I get told to call the manager but she never calls back so I've given up any hope for this product.
There is no way to upload pictures onto the EMR
there is no way to upload pictures from procedures directly onto nightingale - you have to print and then scan them in? what a waste!
isnt the point of having an EMR supposed to be that it bypasses the use of paper? This process requires you to utilize electronic format transfer to paper then transfer back to electronic format. USELESS! Attempts have been made to upload pictures in every possible format.
To top off the annoyance - depending on who you speak with they are either "quite positive it can be done" or "it doesnt seem to be an option" so what is the right answer? USELESS EMR!

In September, I posted a complaint on this site about Nightingale EMR.
Two days ago, I had a business meeting with Nightingale Informatix Chief Executive Officer. He was a very co operative friendly man who appreciates good business. He explained to me some technical points about the system, offered his help to resolve my issues with Nighingale and came up with some ideas to make the system work better for me. I will be working with him to resolve these issues.
I will continue to use Nightingale system as it has been working well lately.
I would like to drop the complaint against Nightingale.

Nightingale EMR is making my life miserable
Stay away from MY NIGHTINGALE EMR.
I was very unlucky to sign up with Nightingale EMR application 4 years ago. So far I had four miserable years with this application. The performance of this system is terrible. It is slow and sometimes not available. It has a lot of bugs. Support staff lack the experience to troubleshoot any problem. The system manager/developer never returns calls.
Since implementation, my workload had increased and I have to take my work home on a daily basis.
The wait time in my office can be more than two hours because of the slow speed and inability to viewe scanned documents.
I am looking for unhappy customers to launch a class action lawsuit.

too generic
Noticed this comment and had to respond. My experience with Nightingale as a Dermatologist has been great. It moves fast and has allowed me to see many more patients that I could handle before.
