Will NOT honor statement listed twice on box to provide 90 day free trial of security product
Purchased new sealed ax2700 CAS30-100AS NIGHTHAWK modem-router from eBay. Box states that you receive 90 day Neatgear Armour cyber security trial with purchase in TWO locations.
Their app said attempt to register for Armour failed so called customer service. Was told that eBay sold old product because it was manufactured 120 days ago so
ANY retailer, including Amazon, purchasing product only has 90 days or less AFTER THE RETAILER BUYS IT, for THEIR customer to obtain the free trial.
In other words, offer is only good from the date manufactured NOT sold to the consumer. STUPID & LIE.
