Help for creating a new account
I deleted my account... But I need to use NightCafe again. Is there a way to create another account with the same email?

I logged in a week ago and found that my account had been closed. I had over 800 free credits left.
I had been on Night Cafe for about a year and had never had any problems except for some of the insipid generations they routinely derived from prompts.
They gave me no explanation at all. I am figuring it may have been a picture I prompted trying to show the ghosts of the land in the south which may have had black figures or may have been one where the figures were glowing ghost-like.

I just paid for 3 months to use Night Cafe, which I have been a customer/member for about 2 years now. After paying for my 3 months, my account was terminated or deleted with all the art I paid for, so now I am out all the art I paid for since I have been a member and the three months I just paid for because you said I did something against community standards but won't tell me what I did wrong.
This is unfair, and I'm now out over $100 plus all my art I paid for over the almost 2 years. Whatever I did, I can assure you it was not intentional.

Today I tried to sign onto my account and was notified that I have been kicked off your website for going against community standards. But it did not tell me what it was I did wrong. I have not broken any community standards as far as I know; I am unaware of anything I have done wrong. Could you please let me know what it was I supposedly did to have gotten kicked off your site, because I am sitting here speechless at the moment.

I have wasted at least 12 credits on Selective Edit and it will not follow directions.
- - I'm trying to recolor the right figure red.
- - Spends credits on edits; results often bad.
- - A teacher shares Night Cafe with students.

You can see all the attempts I have made to change the skin tone of the figure on the right to red like the devil which is what my original prompt was.
I waste a lot of money on selective edit. I have erased many of the images that have messed up hands or feet, two heads, etc.
because selective edit does not help and many times makes the image much worse.
Could you refund some of my credits? I am a frequent user and spend lots of money with you every month; I spend more than my $19.99 subscription fee.
I support and recommend Night Cafe AI to many people. I am a high school teacher and share most of my creations with my students. I encourage them to join Night Cafe.
Many do, but they do not give me referral credit; something about it being uncool to use an "old lady" as a referral.
Anyway, I enjoy using your website.
I will continue to use your website daily. I just wish selective edit worked better.
User's recommendation: Selective edit does not always do what you ask it to. I cannot get it to change skin tone colors on this image. I have tried to fix hand issues on other images and I often make the situation worse. But, sometimes, it comes out PERFECT when I use Selective Edit.

It's impossible to get any type of customer service from this company.

I was offered the opportunity to write them an email; however, I could not reach this website.
So, the time has arrived to cancel my subscription. If you want to do AI-assisted art, then I recommend you look elsewhere for a service.
