Move day chaos

Contracted with NBM to handle my move in November 18, warning signs in evidence well in advance of the move, ie unable to get a an answer on the phone, e mails not responded to etc. Fianlly on the day of the move, everythings on the lorry including all my paperwork, I get a phone message from NBM, we can't transfer the money because we do not have secondary ID (utility bill etc), can you e mail us something across! - What ?? Gross incompetence!!, why did they not discover this prior to the move, had it not been for still having an active laptop I would not have been moving in to my new house. They are cheap, but you run the risk of them cocking up as I discovered
