They lied about the price of a vehicle on order
THIS DEALERSHIP IS SCAMMING AND EXPLOITING PEOPLE DURING THE VEHICLE SHORTAGE. We ordered a vehicle with an agreed upon lease rate and vehicle price. after waiting over 3 months we went to pick up the vehicle. Nothing was mentioned for the first hour as we are going through the process, but then they send us to finance only to find out they are asking for an additional $75 a month or another $4,000 down on top of the original agreed $4,000. Should have seen this coming when they would not allow my wife to see or document the initial paperwork and order sheet claiming it was for their records only. DO NOT WORK WITH THE DEALERSHIP THEY ARE FILLED WITH CONARTISTS. Because of the car crisis they don't care because they now have a vehicle on the lot that they know will be easy to sell. I had my 4 year old son crying as we walked out from this *** hole because for months he thought we were getting a new vehicle. User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs cause it will cost

Jeep has declined our claim. Shame on Jeep and shame on the dealership. As a two time Jeep owner, I could not be more disappointed with Jeep, on both the corporate and dealership levels, and their lack of problem ownership. My daughter’s Jeep Cherokee was bought brand new from Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep, Ram in East Hanover on Rt. 10, in NJ. With under 25k miles, the car would not allow us to add gasoline, as Im told the Baffle in the gas tank was defective and the gas tank needed to be replaced. They charged us over $1,000 and told us to contact Jeep, as they will likely reimburse the OOP cost. I called, filed a complaint (Case # 7586****) and they declined the claim. While the car has under 36,000 miles (only 24,000 miles) it was over the warranty year. Shame on Jeep, the dealership, and the brand. We have properly maintained this vehicle with all sevice requirements and for it to not accept gas, and to charge a valued customer for the repair or this obvious Jeep malfunction, is shameful. I will never buy another Jeep nor should you.
User's recommendation: Buyer beware and only buy from reputable brand & dealership.

I wasn't aware Jeep had but a one year warranty. Odd and something to consider before one of those things.
Are you sure?
If your manual's warranty says a year, then you are, indeed out of luck. Something to consider when purchasing another vehicle.
