Cant reach anyone by phone or email. I purchased a product and cant find any information on line about it. I want to speak with someone who can answer my questions.

I am trying to find a particular pair of slacks in a size 18. I also purchased the vest in a size 16 which is ok. I only need the slacks in a larger size.

I purchased Nicole Miller NY amethyst glow shimmer body lotion . When I opened the seal at home and put it on my hands and face to surprise it was an abrasive face scrub.

I had to reshower to get it off and was late for work . I would like a replacement of the product I purchased.

During my wifes eye appointment in march of 2018 she chose a pair of Nicole Miller frames .Today June 7 the gold coating is wearing off and the lense was chipped trying to tighten one of the screws that had come loose. We had issues with the eye doctors office and the way they overbilled so returning to them is a no brainer (three visits and all over charged myself,my wife, and my son) I feel that at almost $200 for a frame they should atleast last 1-2 years but only 3 months is not what I consider acceptable.

I am not sure how to resolve the issue but I feel someone needed to know about the quality. The frames are black and gold with zebra stripes and the gold is all flaking off.

My husband has worn this jacket a couple times and the now the material is peeling apart. He was shocked when he went to wear the jacket over the weekend and realized the fabric is peeling and coming off from around the collar.

Not sure where their clothing is being made but it appears to be made with defective fabric. This should never happen to a jacket that was purchased last year and barely worn. The jacket was kept in a closet with other jackets in a spare bedroom, not some dingy or damp basement/area. All our other jackets and coats are fine so I know it's not anything to do with storage.

Do not plan on purchasing a Nicole Miller products ever again. Hopefully this will help other consumers.

I hardly used this junk and during a 3 part trip the bottom of the big suitcase busted. Last part was a business trip and I was terrified all my business clothes would end up spread all over the tarmac....

no way to honor 5 year warranty. DO NOT BUY.

I had a lunch bag for school and came with 3 containers and the lids don't stay on and they leak als on the edge of the lunch bag it is starting to fall apart and i only had it for a year in august of 2015.

I have tried several times to contact these people Nicola Miller luggage I have spoken with them three times I have written to them twice and they will not answer I have also sent them pictures if you would send me your email I will send you a copy of the letter that I wrote them. As I explained to them the wheels on luggage's would not turn right Sometimes they would go and at other times they would not they just jam or Lock up The luggage was a big problem and calls tremendous embarrassment at the airport. I have ask them to send a shipping label so I can return it and I've also asked for my money back they have not reply.
