I recieved an item I did not order. I did not receive an item # or receipt. I would like my money returned to Visa. I also did not recieve an order number!!!

I purchased Nicole Miller NY amethyst glow shimmer body lotion . When I opened the seal at home and put it on my hands and face to surprise it was an abrasive face scrub. I had to reshower to get it off and was late for work . I would like a replacement of the product I purchased. During my wifes eye appointment in march of 2018 she chose a pair of Nicole Miller frames .Today June 7 the gold coating is wearing off and the lense was chipped trying to tighten one of the screws that had come loose. We had issues with the eye doctors office and the way they overbilled so returning to them is a no brainer (three visits and all over charged myself,my wife, and my son) I feel that at almost $200 for a frame they should atleast last 1-2 years but only 3 months is not what I consider acceptable. I am not sure how to resolve the issue but I feel someone needed to know about the quality. The frames are black and gold with zebra stripes and the gold is all flaking off.

My husband has worn this jacket a couple times and the now the material is peeling apart. He was shocked when he went to wear the jacket over the weekend and realized the fabric is peeling and coming off from around the collar. Not sure where their clothing is being made but it appears to be made with defective fabric. This should never happen to a jacket that was purchased last year and barely worn. The jacket was kept in a closet with other jackets in a spare bedroom, not some dingy or damp basement/area. All our other jackets and coats are fine so I know it's not anything to do with storage. Do not plan on purchasing a Nicole Miller products ever again. Hopefully this will help other consumers.
