Cheap prices but don't expect to get what your order.

I have made 2 orders with Nicokick. The first order I received the wrong product and when I contacted them they just said, "Sorry" here is 10% off your next order.
The second order they completely left out 1 item as well as sent a 20 pouch tin instead of the 100 pouch tin I paid for.
I am still in the process of explaining their mess up as they just told me I received what I ordered. As others have stated, their prices are great but their fulfillment and customer service department are absolutely atrocious.
Fooled me twice. Won't be a third time.

I made a purchase today, and my bank sent me a red flag, saying that I was double charged, I sent my complaint to customer service and got an auto reply, but the double deduction is on my bank account, now I have to drive approximately one and a half hours, to my bank to file a complaint, do not use a debit card when making purchases on their website.
