Poor Customer Service

My car has been in the shop now for over 2 weeks it was dropped off on April 19th 2016, which was a Tuesday. I called the dealership on Thursday to check the status of the issue found, they still haven't gotten around to my car to check the problem. I received a call late Thursday April 21st before they closed to inform me about the problems found on my vehicle, and that it should be ready in a couple of days so I'm guessing Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week at the latest I should have my vehicle. So Wednesday April 27th rolls around and still no call from the dealership, granted I have been in a rental since dropping my car off back on April 19th. So I call the dealership to find out the status of my vehicle and they tell me that the parts needed for my vehicle was not in stock and therefore they had to place a national order for them and they didn't know when the parts would be in or how long I would be without my car. At that point I asked for a rental car to help relieve some of the rental pain since they really didn't know how many more days it would take and I was declined. Needless to say I am still in the rental car it is May 4th, car has been in shop for over 2 weeks since April 19th. What ever happened to customer service, I have been a customer service manager now for 6 years, and the lack of feedback and concern for others really bother me. Very Poor Customer Service Dodge
