Don't do business with them. First of all when you use them for the opening and closing of your pool, they never come when scheduled.
Secondly, don't ever pay them in cash. The owner is not a man of his word.
I purchase a pool heater from them in cash and I misplaced my invoice. They turned around and sold my heater and are telling me there is no trace of the sale.

Nicolas pools service department is the worst..kids not qualified or care about their work.
I am going through a problem with them as well...their service department is awful! a bunch of kids who could care less except for an older gentleman who you cannot get because he is the most requested.
N.Pools closed our pool at the end of the 2014 swimming season, they came close to 5 pm and you could tell it was quitting time. Instead of circulating the chemicals they walked around pool and dumped in what appeared to be liquid chlorine...they never emptied or unplugged the chlorinator and they removed the plug from the filter canister. Opened pool the 2015 season....the liner has all bleached out stains at the bottom, the chlorinator is all pitted from the chlorine and the plug was missing from the canister!!!!
They sent some kid over to look at it and naturally it was my fault!!! The water test they insisted I get indicated that the water had zero chlorine in it at this time....they were trying to say I poured liquid chlorine in it after I pulled the cover off....yet all plugs were still in returns, filter was not even set up to run ....they were here a week ago and not one word from them..times up I am taking further action ...they caused this damage and I will see to it that they make good on this neglect.
