Unhappy with this *** okace
Ordered item from this place on 8-16-23 Was supposed to be delivered by 8-31-23 Which has come and gone, no package received. So I started emailing them requesting my item, or refund.
They told me they would look into it, and for me to please wait for reply. Well now they claim the package arrived at my local post office, Which is approx half mile from my home, and claim 8-10 more days for delivery. Not sure what crystal ball they used to find this information out, as the tracking number they continue to give me keeps saying number not active, number not in system yet. This company sucks!
Keeps your money, shop local. That's why this was my second lifetime purchase online, also my last.
