Sent wrong merchandise and wants to charge me for return.

It took months for a reply to my email regarding being sent the wrong merchandise. When they finally did reply, they wanted a picture. Again, a month later, (same form letter), did I want the address where to send the wrong merchandise; I did. I finally got a lengthy description of where to send it in CHINA, along with a tracking number, any damage along the way would be deducted from my refund, and RETURN, RETURN s/h would be paid by me. You do NOT want to know how much shipping a package, (with a tracking number to China), and BACK costs. Please keep in mind, THEY sent ME the wrong merchandise. The order originated on AUGUST 22, 2021. Its now November 25, 2021.

User's recommendation: Not only this company, but just don't buy ANYTHING from China!
