WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER
This place is the BiGGEST SCAM possible. I paid $30 plus tip and taxes (so $39) to have shellac (gel) nails done which are supposed to last close to 2 weeks.
After only 1.5 days, 3 nails had completely peeled off while I was sleeping !!! I found them in my bed, and kept them to show them to the salon. They refused to give me a refund or even a credit note! I should have known something was up when I could only pay cash or debit, and they never gave me a receipt.
The 2 managers were extremely rude, saying that I paid for a service (the time the nail tech did my nails) so there is no refund...obviously THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR SERVICE OR PRODUCTS, because any other service provider would bend over backwards to satisfy a customer. There are a ton of other negative reviews everywhere, should have checked them out first. Oh, and you'll see in the attached photos, that I then proceeded to peel off the shellac in the car on my other nails by hand (funny how gel/shellac nails are hard to ***, you are supposed to *** after 15 soak in pure acetone, but mine just came right off).
Completely unacceptable service, DO NOT GO THERE...it's buyer beware. Worse experience possible!

Took an appointment to get a pedicure &manicure for myself also for my 2 daughters and my sister
On my way to the appointment , I was running a bit late do decided to call the nail salon to inform them ...you know bring polite ! They did not seem to mind at all on the phone since it was only 10 minutes late!!!
Well when I got there... Thus crazy *** comes up to me and says that since I'm late she will not be able to take any of us!!!!! Tried to tell her that I was courteous enough yo call and the person who answered me said it was ok.... She stated having an attitude with me and told me to come back ....all along taking one customer at a time and ignoring my daughters and I !!!
In the mean time looking at me and talking to the girl next to her in Chinese !!! She finally said to me after I insisted that she could take me in for a pedicure .... I had no intention of continuing on but my brother had giving me a gift certificate from there , so I had no other choice !!! Later I found out she was the owner......no manners what so ever, loud , obnoxious and very rude !!!
She overbooks people and while I was there 2 ladies also were not satisfied !! Her employees felt so awkward for the way she was behaving and were apologizing to me.... At a point , she even told me to shut up by putting her finger on her mouth as if she was hushing me......BAD BAD Service......instead of getting a nice experience of relaxation .... All u hear is a bunch of ladies bickering in Chinese so loudly that we can't hear the tv that was on!!!!!

For your knowledge, Chinese is not a language but an ethnicity (two completely separate entities). And the language spoken is Vietnamese not Chinese. Ignorance shall not be a privilege.
What do you expect when you go to a salon ran by far easterners? They are going to speak their language to each other.
Even though you called and said you were going to be late, did you expect they people you had appointments with to sit and twiddle their thumbs, when other customers were waiting? You were late, it was your fault.
