Account got hacked and now i'm banned

Hello I have been trying to get a ban appeal looked at, I have been unfairly banned and need help getting it reviewed. I have been trying to get in contact with a member of the Niantic support team, I have submitted a ban appeal with all the information I can provide. I have only received automated email replies and would like the case to be reviewed by a human, due to the circumstances of the issues I am having. I have been passed around by member to member of the Niantic support team and still have had no assistance or help. As I have stated my account had become compromised and I the owner of the account did not use anything in regards to third party service. It was either hacked or a data breach occurred via my logins (Google/Trainer club) these actions were not committed by myself but someone else. I had noticed Pokemon missing from my account and new friends which I did not remember adding. I concluded this his along with the ban and google account breach meant that someone had obtained access to my account and used it in a malicious manner. Please I am severely depressed, this game helps me so much. Please have some humanity! I need this game to aid me, I have suicide thoughts and the game gets me out the house and allows to clear my head and brings me so much comfort. Please help. I have NEVER used anything other than the Official Pokemon GO app from the google app store. I have submitted an issue on here regarding my account being compromised by an unauthorised user. I use both Pokemon trainer club and google logins to access my account and I believe one of these has become compromised, thus I have changed passwords on both accounts and set up 2 step to try to prevent this. My main concern and frustration is that I have got a 30 day ban on my account. This is absolutely insane as like I stated I have only ever used the Official app. I also noticed Pokemon which I caught go missing from my account and seeing new friends which I don't remember adding. I believe someone has/had access to my account and was using it in a malicious way. Furthermore I have put a ridiculous amount of time and money into my account so there is no legitimate reason why I would personally tarnish the account and do anything against TOS. Please help me get access back to my account, remove the ban and prevent it from being used by a 3rd party. I have been in contact with various different people from your support team but they just keep telling me to contact someone else or to try the ban appeal method but that does not result in a reply or anything. Every time I use the method told to me it results in no outcome. I really need help with this as I just keep going around in circles. I am at my the end of my ropes, like I expressed I am severely depressed and have suicidal thoughts, this game is an escape for me. As sad as it sounds it gives me a purpose in life right now and without I don't know what to do. I am begging please help me get the ban removed. Please help me! Please

Received ban hammer after remote raiding (I assume bc thats all I could possibly get banned for I guess) and then tried contacting niantic multiple times to no avail, they told me in email that I would be getting ignored if I emailed or called them, and they did just that, sent every call straight to automated voicemail and told me in email that they would be ignoring emails sent by me. Crazy right? Such a pathetic company that they refuse to give you a working number and are extremely rude over email after giving a ban for no reason at all. Im over this ***

My name is Griffin Sky and I am disabled both mentally and physically. I attended the LA Pokemon Shinnoh Event and the following are concerns I have with the event that I have brought to my lawyers attention. The Venue/Habit Experience Niantic didn't seem to have a spokesperson that was disabled. The stadium stairs were exhausting. It was very distressing not being able to bring my own water and food into the stadium. There were so many cracks and trip hazards in the paths that I twisted my leg. There was a woman in a wheelchair that did not have the access she needed. I myself have blisters from walking the event. The event didn't seem to have any knowledge of LA. This is a traffic city, not a walking city. Why would you not have short route options that you made everywhere with directions? Getting to specific venues at specific times was nearly impossible!! You should have guided people. Advertising and the City Experience Again, LA is not a walking city, it is a traffic city. I was put in danger walking because of it. When customers buy tickets and add ons they need SOLID TRUTHFUL information and detailed time frames posted. You did not give this in trainer tips or trainers club, Your advertising did not say when the add on's started. It said beginning midnight and then said 9-5pm Gen 4 Pokemon for special raids and eggs. These could not be activated if you were not at the event venue. This was not advertised. I was planning on activating from Oregon and booked a later flight because of it. This made me miss an entire day of the event! The Eggs I hatched over 200 eggs and only three were shiny!! I traveled from out of state for this and it is unacceptable. The odds at Sinnoh should have been better for the price of the event, travel and add on's. I expected to find more regionals as well. When watching video's of people Niantic sponsors they all the shinys and regionals they had hoped for. I was going full capacity and got ONE Shiny Regional. If I spent my money on eggs then I would have had better odds. As a true fan who is also disabled I am very disappointment in Shinnoh Tour. Gen 4 is my favorite and I feel Ishould be compensated.

Fought and won in a remote raid battle, it showed me the game summary but didnt give me a chance encounter to catch the pokemon (Cresselia). Id understand if the time ran out before I defeated the boss but we did defeat them, I even got a raid win on the timeless travels quest. I used a remote pass for this match so Id atleast like that to be reimbursed to me if I cant get the chance encounter. The help support center didnt help whatsoever saying that I did win or that I had been reimbursed already. Ridiculous.

I cleared the cache, refreshed, i Uninstalled, reinstalled, did every update on my phone checked location permissions, EVERYTHING IT SAYS THERE'S A BUG IN THE APP. FIX IT??? WHEN? FIVE lost Remote raid passes lost in a row!!

I have played alot and raided Therese after. Ofc i have experienced that the legendary flees because you are out of Poke balls. Now this have hapend to me 5 times right after eathother. 75% of the time i hit great or exelent and always with golden betyr. I've been warned and had a suspension notice before but this time I didn't *** And if I had hacked and got caught again, it would have been a permanent termination. Did a raid for tornadus on 1/17/2024 at 6:48, I used a raid pass for it, the raid itself was fine but when I tried to ring lock on my last ball once I let go of my screen the premier ball just fell and it ran away. If I hit the pokemon and it broke out I wouldn 't be upset, but this hasn't happened to me before, I keep on trying to get a response on twitter and it's been over a week and no response, other people get a response right away, while I'm still waiting, I honestly don't think that's fair at all. I'ma be honest I've waited this long it's only one raid pass, I'm doing this much work to try and get an answer from somebody, is it fine that I can just get it back please, since this is my first time doing this sorta stuff, if nothing actually happened I wouldn't be going this far just for one premium pass, hopefully you can help me and thank you.

I cannot seem to get an answer from email POkemon Go customer support

Some days ago, I discovered I could no longer log into my pokemon Go account under trainer name LaurenCJK. There were three ways to log into that account: Pokemon trainer or google or facebook. None of the three worked. And, that account it appears is no longer "friends" with my friends. The fried or trainer code no longer works. First, I tried pokemon trainer club on the Pokemon account and I can log in to that but there is no pokemon go access or trainer name I can see. I am guessing either I got hacked or server bug. I contacted Niantic but all I get is "if you don't know the trainer name and the email it is under, we cannot find it." I have so far talked for 3 days with Ansel, Kingston, Kaiya and several others who do not seem to be able to help at all. Which is really frustrating. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to contact someone higher up at Pokemon Go? Now, this account is really important to me as it was started with me and my daughter in 2016 when she was 3 years old. And, We have ApplePay evidence or recent transactions to that account through Xsolla but oddly Pokemon Go says they can't track that payment and I can't even get a refund. Over the years, I have invested thousands of dollars to this account and I have the ApplePay receipts. I am asking if somehow I can get in touch with customer support higher up instead of having to take this to Small Claims of Contract arbitration. Thank you for your time.

I was playing not spoofing or anything recived a message saying that they have detected unusual activity from my account not giving me a time when I get unbanned or anything tried to send an email and get in touch and nothing i have suspicion that it might be due to me and my brother using the same account but I'm not sure I ws trying to contact customer support but is impossible when I click on learn more nothing happens

The online store has an event ticket that you cannot buy. It was supposed to be available February 1 but wasn't. They addressed this on Twitter. February 2 they made a post saying it's fixed. Below is a photo from February 3 showing it's still not fixed. We would call that a blatant lie. False advertising
