I had a bad experience with them , once you buy a product and it doesn’t work for you they will not even answer ur calls or text and will ignore the fact that you are their customer
- - Electronics are non-refundable, even if they don't work.
- - Requests for a technician and manager contact failed for 2 weeks.
Dont buy any electronic machines from them ( it is not refundable even if its not working right or how it supposed to work ) and they will never mentioned that its not refundable at buying. I been trying to get in touch with their manager for 2 weeks now Bc the supervisor couldnt help , to send a technician to check and witness thé robot vacum but no answer and if they did will transfer me to a voice mail .
