NhHi I attended Starbucks at Village hotels, Cheadle, stockport Cheshire. I took my NHS identity badge plus my blue card and my email I was refused a coffee by the manager, Anthony Croft.
He informed that my NHSID badge did not have an expiry date. I informed him that these badges are not issued with with an expiry date he informed aggressively and without any compassion or understanding no you cant have it thats the end of it. Were not accepting it in front of a large group of people. I was not the only person from the NHS trying to obtain a free gift and this has upset and enormous amount of people , Mr Croft showed absolutely no, empathy or understanding it left me feeling.
I will never never use Starbucks again. I regularly purchase my coffee from Starbucks at the Village hotel Cheadle this will not happen in future. I am going to spread the word on all social media.
My mobile number is 077 5994. 9000 and my email is brenda.Caldwell@***.net
I await your response
User's recommendation: No I will never recommend Starbucks
