Waiting for bus that never showed up
Customer service no response it's absolutely unbelievable. I lost a 9hour day I have bills. I'm so upset it was a absolutely scary dark foggy walk some street some sidewalk due to snow. No care NFTA needs better services. Can't get anywhere with the NFTA how do people work? Unhappy Customer

This has happened numerous times already where I will be at the bus stop 5 to 10 minutes early and the bus never comes. Now I don't know if they just come earlier than scheduled. But that it not okay to list a time a bus will arrive and that turn out to not be true. The bus is the 34 and by the niagara falls blvd stop.
User's recommendation: Don't believe the bus schedule.
