Horrible communication with tenants

AI Highlights
  • No accountability or communication from Nexus Property Management.
  • Month-long missing kitchen light, exposed wiring, gas leak.
  • Renters beware.

They have zero accountability for their lack of communication with their tenants. In the past I have gone over a month without a light in my kitchen, the light in the bathroom FELL OFF THE CEILING which showed exposed wiring right above the shower, the sink in the kitchen has been mickey moused together so it leaks, the window and second means of egress has fallen on my head and it has been a known issue for MONTHS, the only fire escape in case of an emergency is through the second story's porch roof and back INTO the building.

There was also a gas leak from my stove. I called the FD and they said to contact the property management office. It has been over 10 days since I called and sent a message to them complaining about it. I haven't heard a single thing from them.

Their office is never open, so I can't just walk down there and talk to someone, they refuse to have a human answer any phone calls stating it's easier for people to leave a message. How is it easier if no one gets back to you even when there is an EMERGENCY?!
