Transportation company damaged my vehicle in Transportation and has no insurance

Hired Nexus Auto Transportation. Driver got into a bad accident, no valid insurance and refusing to take liability for my BMW.
My vehicle was supposed to be delivered March 31st, 2023.
However, that morning, the driver transporting my vehicle that Nexus Auto Transport hired got into an accident and lied the whole weekend. I had to threaten to report my vehicle stolen for them to tell me the truth. I had to find out where my vehicle was located by myself because Nexus Auto Transportation had no idea. Nexus Auto Transportation hired RR7 Co to pick up my BMW from Kuni BMW in Oregon to deliver it to my house in Denham Springs, Louisiana.
I explained to Nexus Auto Transportation we are on a time limit due to being military and having orders to relocate. They assured me my vehicle would be delivered by March 31st, 2023. After I found out about the accident, Nexus Auto Transportation told me there is nothing they can do. Even though they hired RR7 Co and failed to verify their insurance before allowing them to pick up my BMW.
RR7 Co has refused all calls and text after I found out about the accident. However, I do have the text message of them lying AFTER their driver got into an accident, telling me the vehicle was still coming. I had to contact RR7 Co insurance who verified they have THREE policy which none of them are active for the cargo they were carrying. My BMW has been sitting at a tow yard for 15 days now and no one is wanting to take liability for the accident.
Yes, the driver of RR7 Co that Nexus Auto Transportation hired was at fault during the accident and received THREE violations. I would like both companies to take responsibility for my vehicle.
Most importantly, I would like to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Nexus Auto Transportation doesn't verify insurance prior to the carrier going to transport the vehicle.
