Hice una reserva para una emergencia familiar., HablarCEen CyoRhode Islands el cual coloco una nota a la reserva,cuando fui a redoogro El vehículoículo apareció un bloque a mi licencia y en todo momento se rehusaron ayúdame. Llama a priEl youna anaos dijeron que nVayaAbia nada en la licencia, estuve 2 hHoras sino ayuda y Salí Sin vehículo y sin dinero para poder alquilar otro vehículo,se llamaoa porquetomor servicioeso y No ¿A qué se refiere?reció ningún bloqueo estuve 5 días sin vehículo y no me devolrivalizaraen el dinero tampoco, no es la primera vez que alquiló con ustedes y no había tenido ningún inconveniente con ustedes. Exijo una compensación por los daños emocionales ocasionados por el mal tratado de parte de ustedes

Buenos días les escribo ya que alquile un carro el día 10 de julio y todavía no me an devuelto el dinero retenido e llamado muchas veses y no tengo respuestas
