The worst concrete and scamp contractor in edmonton
I have hire next level concrete to do my new home drive way, Trevor Eastman is the owner of that company, he come out and estimate he ask for $19,500 and I agree with his price he demand we have to pay him every phase with cash or bank draft I was refuse cause it is cost to buy bank draft then he said he can't take cheque cause he can not cash them out quickly. my husband agree to his request first day of work all he did just pour road crush and want $4000 he repeat the same and ask for more money.
he did not follow the contract and asking more money every day. he did such a poor job we do not want to pay him extra according to the contract. he took of and left the job unfinished.
which we already paid him $9500. I think he shouldn't be aloud in this kind of business he is a scamp.

I got Next Level Concrete to do about 800 square feet of stamped concrete to replace a patio made of paving stones. His crew did an excellent job and the result is beautiful.
He even had a couple of his guys help me remove the patio stones.
I would recommend them anytime. As a matter of fact, I am going to get them to do my driveway.
I found it funny that these people dont speak english well however they the can post a lot of reviews, I use the same contractor and my driveway looks great it is featured in his company's website. Yes the contractor is rough on the edges but he knows what he is doing.
I can symphatize with the large expense and job not finnised but it makes me wonder if there is more to this story since he did not took more money then he requested only for what it was done and having banking backround, I believe the bank drafts are the only was to go.
Otherwise you never know if your client really has the money I have seen some horror stories in regards to that. If you had problems paying 6.50 for a bank draft maybe you should have checked your finances and hold on on this project.
we did witness this contractor, they are doing very bad job and request too much money of these people. Take advantage of they dont speak very well english, what ever he said in this is not true at all. all neighbour were there to see his bad job and over charge these poor people.
I think it is best that you let him go, otherwise you he will request more money from you later. such a shame on him
