Form Not Allowing To Complete Section 3/page 6 (W-9 form) - need assistance please

Good Morning Roxanne, I received an email from NextRep stating that section 3 and my social security number has not been filled out. I was able to successfully complete pages 1 through 5. However, The form itself is not giving me the option to type my information of my social security number into section 3 on page of 6 within the W-9 form, and it looks too close up from the rest of the other sections.
