Nexon is horrible towards western customers and lies to them

I played both NexonNA and NexonEU games. Their customer service is horrible (they ignore assistance requests most of the time), and their efforts ONLY target towards squeezing money out of players rather than providing a quality service. Things are particularly bad at Nexon Europe: Their prices are the highest, but their attitude towards customers is the lowest. I play Mabinogi Europe. They have totally ignored the game for over 1 year, often skipping server maintenances too, thus making many players quit. In october 2011, they announced half-officially that they'd release new content in November. So, on the 29th of november they ran a long maintenance. They did not put any new content in the game, and they forgot to put the monsters server online, rendering the game unusable since monsters wouldn't spawn and the game mainly revolves around killing monsters. It took them 4 days to finally notice and do something. And this is not even the first time: Once they forgot to put online the login server. Worst gaming company I've ever seen.

:roll I think Nexon is a great company they give the people what they deserve


Nexon is so wrong in so many way. lets start.

1. the worst customer service anyone will every experience period. they will not refund you even if all fingers point to them being responsible.

2. Their Paid GM Hime, who currently monitors their forums does nothing to help players at all. she will go to the lengths of insulting costumers for expressing their opinion about Nexon but she will never answer simple respectful questions brought up by the user base. for example here is a quote from their Representative Hime today.

"Don't mind the trolls, kids. They are only here to *** you off. "

does that sound professional for any Representative to speak to their customers this way? of course not, this is only the icing on the cake.

3. their customer support tickets system hasnt worked properly for years, instead of spending the billions of dollars they make off of children all across the world to improve customer server, all players are forced to deal with a highly outdates customer support system that clearly has no paid employees monitoring it.

another example of this, i have literal proof as well of this. they just now sent me automated messages to tickets i submitted 2 years ago.. the ticket system sends automated messages that take two years.. to make matters worse even when you get a response they usually tell you its a "work in progress".. which will take months to years to get.

4. They should be taken to court for the amount of money they make off of their mistakes and un-scheduled plans. if you ask me these plans are very scheduled in the sense they know players will lose money in their company that cant be accounted for. they completely abuse players and promise you this will do anything and everything possible to make sure you will not be refunded.

personally im beyond sick that no one has taken the initiative to make this company either realize what they are doing is wrong or make them pay for it.

if you ask me they are committing federal degree crimes with the amount of money they take without refunding and constantly never warn players otherwise even when they know that people are losing transactions and should not be spending money on them.

they act like they care by giving idiotic compensation of their fake cash to persuade players into thinking they care, in all honesty they are making millions and the players are not even getting what they payed for.

many will argue its a free game, regardless they are a billion dollar company that should have outstanding customer service but they are the complete opposite borderline crooks.
