Nexi - Refund of an order never ended story

I ordered a sofa on the trendymobili.com website, with which nexi are partners for card payments. On May 24, they canceled my delivery and wrote that the money would be refunded within 7 days, which was not done, I sent an e-mail to trendymobili to confirm the return money of my order, but they replied that there was nothing they could do and that I need to contact nexi company to find out what happens with the money that was supposed to be returned to me, nexi they never responded to my emails . I lost my money and I will never be refunded by these 2 scammers.

I cant contact by phone Nexi it is impossible to contact them they cant charge 245 euro while I paid Air France 245 Canadian dollars it is a fraud
