Item sold knowing there are Missing parts

Broken thermostat

the grill was on but registering only 200 degrees. then i tapped on the gauge and it dropped to not even registering a temperature. this was just purchased in may 2021

It doesn’t work

I spent $200 on my grill and it light no matter what I do. I am returning it and getting a well known brand.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. finally received the right product.

warrantied a gas conversion kit sent me a different part number 1 of the hoses is to short so i emailed them told them the issue they said they are the same. so why are there different part numbers emailed them a week ago and no reply

replace with correct part

Warranty

They sent a replacement gas conversion kit and the hose from regulator to manifold on to short, so you can not Mount regulator. They sent me a different part number that they said where the same, but they are not. So still waiting for a realistic answer

Grill bottom fell apart ...grill isn't even that old

My grill bottom fell apart while cooking. For the price you would think it would last longer than a year.
