$29.95 has been taken from my PayPal account which I did not authorise I assuming it is for membership I do not wish to be a member and I did not order anything from you on the 29 October please refund the money to Pay pal
The vape has a burnt taste to it
I just started using the vape, and I'd say within fifteen puffs, it started having a nasty burnt taste to it.

Make sure they put good coils in the vapes to ensure a good quality taste till the vape is finished.

Watch out if you buy something from them. They have something hidden in their billing that allows them to auto-bill you for a membership.

Ive done everything possible. Im 82 years old and Im not computer savvy.
Ive text you, called you and spoke your representative, and talked to Just Answer with nothing solved. I really would appreciate it if you would refund me, but you expect me to find a package that was never delivered.
ITS YOUR JOB TO MAKE SURE WHAT HAPPENED. I dont know what else to do

I ordered from an internet ad a bottle of rust remover. The price was $29.
Upon email confirmation of my order, the price had jumped to $42.91. I replied to the email immediately to cancel the order, this within minutes of placing the order. I had done further investigating and found the same item for less than half the price. Ten days later, the product arrived.
I then searched for how/where to return the rust remover. Three different phone numbers were found: one not receiving calls at this time, two with a constant busy signal, and the third, 'your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check the number and try again.' Hmmmmm, okay, so I send an email. The first response says they cannot refund because I purchased at a discounted price. I reply, 'DISCOUNTED MY *** You raped me on the price!' The second responding email says they will offer me a 30% discount to keep the item, but still no means/address to return.
I reply I will return the item to the return address on the package. The third response says they will give a 50% discount to keep the item. I emphatically decline, saying I am sending it back to the address of the Uniuni Warehouse where it was sent to me from via USPS. This I do within the hour.
I am fuming over the ridiculous amount of time spent, frustrated and quite disappointed. Two hours later, another nexa email with an incredibly complicated return address to a province in China, fat chance of getting THERE! I reply, 'too late, I've already mailed it to the warehouse in Gardena, California.' I am expecting more complications with this return/refund from nexa (I refuse to capitalize nexa). I will chase the $42.91 solely on principle; nobody likes to be RIPPED OFF!
I was very reluctant to give them the one star. I think the rating system should move negatively as well, perhaps stars to the right and the *** emoji to the left.
The product might be fantastic; I will never know because of their GREED and LOW DOWN TACTICS! I give them a scathing three and a half *** piles.

I had ordered a small bottle of nexa rust remover. I cancelled it minutes later when I saw the final price had nearly doubled.
They sent it anyway and it arrived yesterday. This morning I tried to initiate their return policy by contacting them by phone to inquire about the procedure. THREE different phone numbers. One was a recording not receiving calls at this time.
The second was constantly busy and the third was a recording sorry, unable to complete your call as dialed, please check the number and try again. WTF? This item was shipped from a warehouse in Gardena Ca called Uniuni, they had a customer service number. I called, was put on hold for 31 mins and ended up talking to Douglas who was in Canada and absolutely no help, ZERO!
I am frustrated and PISSED and will now mail this item back to from where it came and cancel the charge on my cc. Thanks for the vent.

You can't get thru now to speak to a live person.
I'm very pissed! Its a big SCAM.
They haven't issued me a refund yet. It shouldn't take this long and I am so mad over this because I did not subscribe to this in December so they owe me for 3 months at $39.95 a month. I need this resolved now.
