Response necessary but none received
- Sharon Lee Gibbs says calls and emails went unanswered.
- She may seek other means to contact the company and says it shows little concern for customers.
My issue is NOT resolved. I wish someone from Newton Baby would finally respond with a phone call to 860-889-****.
I need some help with a product. I called several times and left messages, but no one returned my calls.
I then attempted to communicate by email. Again, no responsive answer, only this.
I may have to come up with other means to attempt to communicate. This company apparently has little concern for its customers.
