Im reaching out to report an issue Ive had with a local moving company, All My Sons, that I believe may be affecting multiple customers in our area. I am located in Jacksonville, Florida.

I have used this company twice.

The first time, they handled our furniture very roughly and broke our queen bed frame beyond repair. When I tried to contact the company afterward, they did not return my calls.

Two days ago, I used the same company again because I was not expecting the same issues to happen again. I believed the first incident may have been accidental. However, during this second move, the movers again damaged multiple pieces of furniture, which I have photographed.

This is when I became concerned that there may be a larger issue with how this company operates, especially after also noticing issues with the billing and seeing similar complaints from other customers.

While they were still unloading, I attempted to contact the company to report the damage, but I was given the runaround and have since been unable to reach anyone, as they are not returning calls.

During this second move, after I complained to the company about how roughly our furniture was being handled, one of the movers made a verbal threat, stating that he and his brother would return to our home to cause harm to us. Because of this, we contacted local authorities and had officers come to our home.

While an official written report was not created, we were informed that the interaction was recorded on body camera footage, and that it would be documented if any further incidents occur.

In addition, when I received the bill, there appeared to be attempts to overcharge us. After looking into their online reviews, I found that multiple other customers are reporting very similar experiences, including damaged property, poor handling of items, lack of communication, and concerns about overcharging.

I have documentation of the damages, call attempts, screenshots of similar complaints from other customers, and information related to the police response.

Im concerned that this may be an ongoing issue affecting others in the community and wanted to bring it to your attention.
