I need parts I called the office and finally got through. I sent an email with pictures of my unit and the parts that I need and no one has gotten back to me.

I have two kitchen faucets, one is discolored, seems to be getting worse.
I am working with someone at your company to resolve.Its kind of odd the customer service is called pissed customer. Im not a pissed customer.. Ive been very happy with the help Ive been getting.
While my problem isnt resolved yet, Im confident the customer service tech agent will find the right solution.
