Mold in new bottle of Newmans Own Marinara Sauce
Just opened a sealed jar of Marinara Sauce, purchased 12/30/2023, mold on rim and very dark area on top of sauce. Took pictures, looked for best by date cannot find lot number etc.
returning jar for refund.
Purchased at Nob Hill Foods, South Main Street, Salinas, CA 93901. If no response from you, very unlikely I will purchase again, fateful sauce user of Newman Owns products for years.
