1 hour wait in a drive thru
My so just waited for 1 hour in the drive thru behind 1 other car. Once he got to the window, they said no one told you the drive thru is not working.
Then left and returned 10 minutes later and only asked if he had paid.
This is beyond unacceptable.
This is our second visit to the Bentonville AR Newks in the last week.
My last visit, I ordered on line and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Got there 8 minutes after placing the order and they had not even begun preparing the order.
Very disappointed.

I went to newks in Pascagoula Mississippi 2212 Denny ave 39567 on my lunch break I ordered at. 11:17 and waited over an hour for my food when I asked about my food I was asked for a receipt that I was not giving but I have my table number that I was giving.
I was then told it was coming after another 10 min I asked for a refund because( I was then late to work from lunch which I was docked 30 min from my pay check).
I was then told that the manger was in the back and that she was not coming out the waitress said she was hiding I talk s to 3 different waitresses trying to talk to the manager just to get a refund and was told by all 3 that the manger said she was not coming out there I finally told the waitress to tell the manager to come out or I would create a scene, finally she came out with and attitude asking what did I want I then told her I just wanted to make sure my refund was returned to my card that I wanted a receipt. I explained to her that my check was going to get docked 30 min for being late back from lunch waiting on her, she then said that it wasn't her problem the manager was rude and unprofessional she acted like it was my fault we walked up to the register, and she refunded my card and when she handed me my receipt.

Nothing. If you use a cellophane ho ti a computer is easier.
Drop the call. So far, every time I call, it does not help.
Online, it still does not let me reset the password. No human answers the call.
Preferred solution: I want to be able to get in my app and reward that I earned

My wife and I visit Newks frequently. I am currently working in Oxford, MS.
I went to lunch at Newks and today ordered an old favorite, the ultimate. I have always ordered Caesar salad dressing. Recently, I have seen items disappear from the selection. Capers have been gone.
Today I find that garlic is no longer available and, the 1 salad dressing I like that newks sells, is not the same. It tastes like watered down ranch. If I wanted plain dressing, I'd order plain dressing. The ultimate is not the only item I like, however it is the main reason I go/ went to newks.
Too many changes. I won't be back.

HAZARD
I discovered a stack of staples in my pasta salad which was ordered from Newks Eatery. Make improvements or shut the facility down.
Can you imagine someone swallowing that and then imagine the kind of surgery they would need? Not to mention how something like this can change someone's life altogether whether they are a child, an adult or an elderly person.
Absolutely disturbing. Never eating at Newks again.

Im trying to get an itemized receipt from an online order placed 11/14/23. The order was placed at the 7423 Youree Dr.
Shreveport, LA location. I have the AMEX reference number if needed.
Ive included the communication from the delivery driver as well. All I need is a copy of the fully itemized receipt.

I ordered online from doordash. I received my order all wrong.
And when I called the location here in Fort Smith Arkansas the manager Chris was extremely rude. Said the coconut cake that ordered on doordash is not there which he it's not true it is there even though they may not have it he did not have a right to switch my ticket to a banana nut which I'm allergic to without asking me first. He's very rude and childish hung up on me twice instead of trying to help me correct my order. I filed a complaint with the corporate office as well.
Manager Chris says I ordered the banana nut cake. No I did not because I'm allergic. I would have not done that. He changed my order because they did not have coconut cake.
And then accused me of doing it myself. He's rude and narcissistic and gaslighting.

Bonus was not added to rewards account when gift cards were purchased in December 2022
We purchased 3 holiday gift cards and were told our bonuss for the cards would be added to our rewards account on January 1.
The bonus amounts were never added.
We contacted the Southside Blvd location in Jacksonville,Fl on 3 occasions. We were told they were checking on it .
We recently received a message saying our bonus will soon expire. Please explain since no one has contacted us to resolve our missing bonus dollars.

Sucks rude hateful to guests short your checks management has lost if miscommunication and take it out on there employees and fire them serve food off of the floors do not wear gloves while preparing food use dirty utensils treat employees and guests as if they do not matter curse at one another and do not treat people like human beings

I've emailed about a month and a half ago, and I've still haven't received a response. This absolutely the worst customer service I've EVER received...I signed up with the newks text club and was told that on signing up, I would receive an offer for a free sandwich, and 6 weeks later nothing..
