Very difficult to reach out to customer service
We are a company.
I am the administrator for the several accounts we have with Verizon.
Every time I have an issue with one of our accounts, I GO THROUGH *** with Verizon before getting it resolved.
Their standard has gone down tremendously.
Unfortunately I dont have much time now or else I will be writing a book on all those failings of Verizon.
It is so obvious that Verizon doesnt care at all about customer satisfaction at all.
They dont listen to a sample of conversations in order to improve their services.
Very oftern their employees especially those call centers in Phillipines, they hang up on you. Very rude.
Verizon sucks big time right now.
