Our building is 1st floor for commercial and 2st floor for residential.

Now 1st floor business owner want to add more power for their business use it.

My Elec meters is inside building but they said they will move to out side for NL power law 2024.

Can they only move 1st floor elec meters to out side or need to move all building meters to out side?
